Changing information about your job （for work-related visas）

Since your Status of Residence is based on your work, you must notify the Immigration Bureau when details about your place of work change.

Please notify the Immigration Bureau within 14 days when

• There has been a change in name or location of your organization
• When your organization has disappeared
• When you have left or been transferred from your organization
• When your contract with your organization has ended
• When you start a new contract with an organization
