This hotline is available for any questions or advice regarding pre-school/elementary school/junior high school/high school/special school students, their guardians and family, or from educational professionals. *Consultations in Japanese only, please.

How to contact this service

• You may either visit the General Education Center in person, or call on the phone. In-person visits are as a rule done with three parties: the student in question, their guardian, and an educational professional. Please feel free to contact us.
  When visiting in person, we ask that families, schools, or BOEs call in advance to reserve an appointment.
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm （Closed on holidays）
• All consultations are free of charge. Strictly confidential.
