This center, run by the prefecture, is a place where you can always come with your child for advice, parenting classes, and information.

1. To watch over and protect children, as well as develop games for them
2. To give advice on childcare
3. To gather information on childcare support and spread it to guardians
4. To run classes and seminars on childcare
