Alien Registration Completion Certificate
As already mentioned ( >> Alien Registration Card, Alien Registration Completion Certificate ), if you have completed your alien registration you may apply for an Alien Registration Completion Certificate. You may need one of these certificates to prove your identity, in the same way that Japanese nationals need abstracts of their family registers and copies of their resident cards.
