Your call will be routed to the fire station, where both fire engines and ambulances are based.
○As with the police, stay calm and give the necessary information using the following simple phrases:

○Remember to give the correct address to the ambulance or fire engine. Also try and give as much additional information as possible, for example, details of the incident, type of injury, etc. |
