Getting Connected To apply for telephone line connection contact your nearest NTT office. (You can also do this by dialling 116.) Telephone connection is done by appointment, so it is advisable to book well in advance to avoid possible delays during busy periods. There are a number of plans available, so please be sure to check each one carefully as the initial set up cost and telephone line fee differs depending on the contract. Also, please confirm what documents are necessary when applying.
