Telephone numbers are made up of 3 components, the area code, the exchange and the number. If you are calling a number with the same area code there is no need to dial the area code (this is the same for faxes).

· Mobile telephone numbers consist of the company code (090 or 080) and the customer’s contracted number (8 digits).
· If you are calling a conventional telephone from a mobile telephone you will always need to dial the area code.
