The Iwate International Center is a place where Japanese and foreign residents of Iwate can meet. The Center offers a lounge area and foreign language books, newspapers, magazines, and videos. There are areas where you can use these materials, as well as computers with free Internet services.
The Center can provide a range of advice and guidance, so please feel free to ask.
